HEMPIFY YOUR DINNING AREA
Dining area is the place where we spend the leisurely time with our family, friends and near and dear ones. A good set up in the dining area adds value to the entire home décor. Our dining wares are made keeping in mind the need of the hour; sustainability. Historically, hemp has been used for industrial purposes including ropes, nets, paper, cloth, sails, and oil. According to recent published reports, use of hemp fiber in the furnishings market is on the rise at the current scenario. Hemp has become a source of exquisite home furnishings in the recent times as sustainability is the new burning issue. Hemp can be turned into exotic décor and used for classic interiors. One of the many uses of hemp is home furnishings.
Hemp fabric can be used for producing wonderful pillows covers, cushion covers, table mats, table runners, wall hangings and much more. Hemp has strong fibers that can be transformed into yarn and woven into different home decor products. Though hemp fabric is coarse in raw form, it gets softened after processing.
Catering to this we have our products that are absolutely pure, sustainable and eco-friendly. The products would not only enhance the look of your interiors but also contribute towards a clean and green plant!
HELP IN MAKING OUR PLANET GREENER
It is high time that we use eco-friendly products as a step to save our planet. Gradually with the rise of population, pollution is also on the rise. As our step towards a greener planet our products are made of 100% pure and natural hemp keeping in mind its properties. Hemp, not to be confused with the psychoactive plant cannabis (which is commonly known as marijuana), is one of the oldest farmed crops in the world. People have been farming hemp since 4000 BCE, by most estimates. Hemp can serve as an eco-friendly alternative to some of the world’s most polluting materials. Not only is hemp the source of CBD, but it’s seeds and fiber can make many of the modern necessities — concrete, plastic, fabric, and fuel — that we depend on. Hemp alternatives are better for the planet, as well as less toxic for the consumer.
Hemp thrives without pesticides.
One of the modern benefits of hemp is that it doesn’t require pesticides or herbicides to grow on an industrial scale. The environmental impacts of pesticides are well-documented. They cause illness, reduce biodiversity and contaminate water supplies, the air and soil. Many of the largest industrial crops, including soybeans and cotton, are farmed using significant amounts of pesticides. If even a fraction of these crops were transitioned to hemp, it would have a drastic impact on global pesticide use.
Hemp requires little water.
The agriculture industry uses approximately 70 percent of the world’s freshwater supply, according to the World Bank. As the global population expands (estimated to reach 10 billion by 2050), our demands for food and fresh water will grow accordingly. In other words, our need for crops that use less water grows with every season. By most estimates, hemp is considered a non-water intensive crop. This makes it a more sustainable choice than cotton, especially.

Needs of Women: Our analysis
We have been working closely with women of the marginalized societies at the grassroots level. That has given us important insights into the special needs of poor women in the marginalized societies.
Migration of the males as referred as head of the family in search of income-earning opportunities has left women with increased work. They have become doubly-burdened. They have to look after the house as well find ways to earn a living to run the family in the absence of their male counterparts. At times they have been forced to withdraw from labor force participation to be able to manage all household needs by themselves.
1) Women’s unpaid job has increased, while their connection to the economic production process has diminished.
2) Women’s non-participation in earning activities has increased the poverty level in the rural families.
3) With the loss of their own income, women have also lost their limited voice in family and the society.
